RECEIVING YOUR PROOF

After you place your order online, Little Pink Chic will contact you via e-mail within 24 hours with a proof of your invitation. Please make sure your e-mail accepts mail from littlepinkchic@gmail.com.  If for some reason you do not receive an e-mail after 24 hours please check your junk mail.  You may contact us either via e-mail or you can call us at 281-788-0193.  All messages will be returned within a few hours.

After you receive your sample please look it over very carefully.  Look over all text on the invitation as well as any images.  We double check our work, but we are sometimes unable to catch every little error.  Little Pink Chic is not responsible for any errors found after you have approved your invitation. 

PROCESSING TIME

Processing time is anywhere from 1-5 days depending on the size of your order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Little Pink Chic ships via USPS priority mail or Fedex overnight.  

USPS priority mail is approximately 2-3 days for delivery.  Priority mail is not a guaranteed service. Please allow enough time when ordering to permit possible delays with delivery. Little Pink Chic is not responsible for delays in shipping.

Fedex overnight delivery is not available on Saturdays.  If you choose this option please be aware that any items shipped on Friday will arrive on the following Monday.

RETURNS

Little Pink Chic guarantees your satisfaction.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return your items for a refund.  You will be refunded for the items returned, but not for your initial shipping cost. Your return shipping will not be included. 

Refunds are not available for items that contain errors if they were approved for printing or submitted incorrectly.  Please be cautious when placing your order for proper punctuation and spelling.
